We are a pet-friendly brand and welcome dogs and cats in several of our properties, so you don’t have to leave your four-legged companion behind.
The Soul Pet-Friendly Properties
General Conditions
Daily fee per pet:
- 15
- Pets accepted: Domestic dogs and cats.
- Permitted in apartments, private rooms, and shared rooms reserved for the same group.
- Maximum limit: 2 pets per room.
- The animal must always be accompanied by the guest or in a suitable carrier.
- Leashes are mandatory in common areas, and pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, spas, and swimming pools.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- In the event of excessive noise or aggressive behaviour, the unit reserves the right to request the removal of the animal.
- The use of towels from the unit by animals is expressly prohibited.
- It is expressly forbidden to bathe animals in the bathtubs or showers in the rooms.
- Animals are not permitted in the swimming pools.
- Animals are not permitted to be left alone in the room/house overnight.
Your pet is welcome at our properties! To ensure that the room remains spotless for everyone, we apply a €100 deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there is no damage to the room. This way, everyone can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.
Complimentary items available at the reception:
- Pet bed or mat
- Disposable bags
- Portable water bowl
Deposits and damages:
- Security deposit/damages: €100 to be returned at the end of your stay if no damage has been caused.
- In the event of material damage caused by the animal, the cost of repair/replacement will be charged.
- Additional costs for deep cleaning (e.g. persistent odours) will be charged to guests.
